Came here today for oil change and was impressed with the customer service and attention to detail on their team. Diante and his professional staff are on point on their service. Will definitely be back from here on for my truck maintenance

I had the absolute BEST experience at Valvoline! I’ve been to a lot of places for oil changes, and this was by far the best service I’ve ever received. The manager, Devante, went above and beyond. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything about my car in a way that actually made sense. Instead of just rushing me through the process, he made sure I understood what my vehicle needed without making me feel pressured. The entire visit was fast, professional, and welcoming. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine these days, and Devante truly set the standard. He made what is usually a boring errand into a great experience. If you’re looking for an honest, trustworthy place to get your oil changed, this is it. Valvoline is lucky to have a manager like Devante. He deserves recognition for the outstanding service he provides. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to everyone I know!

Been here a few times but this last experience was something else. Went in for an oil change, woman began taking my interior apart to get to the cabin filter... something that does not require any tools, just your hands. The car next to me had a woman that lifted her car, then couldn't figure out how to lower the vehicle because the way it got lifted did not align the vehicle to come down in a safe manner (vehicle potentially falling down into the maintenance hole). Woman working on my vehicle opened my engine air filter and could not figure out how to close it back up. ALL of these issues were resolved in a safe manner BY THE ONLY MAN working there. I was not too fond of him trying to sell everything to me, especially because it almost seemed scripted. Sounds like he knows what he's talking about, but again scripted. But it's perfectly understandable because it's his work and if he's required to make sales then be it. This place currently deserves 0 stars, the man working there deserves 5 stars, a bonus, and damn promotion for not only doing his own work, but doing everyone else's work. Clifford was excellent! Very friendly knowledgeable and personal. He is a good asset to the company and you can tell he loves his job . I will return back ! Being a new customer. This is the expectation I expect .

Horrible experience here. I received an oil change in December. I found out in april that I had a filter leak really bad. I went back to this location, spoke with Joshua. he was trying to find every reason as to not be responsible for the negligence. I showed him an invoice from a dealership who spotted the oil leak and he actrd as though he could comprehend the date I went to the dealership. Joshua also tried to switch the date to a year prior when the actual date was clear on my invoice from the dealership that i went to that spotted their negligence. I showed him a pic and video of the damage. He found my invoice from my previous visit but claimed i was not on camera. After magically finally finding me on camera he told me they cleaned it. How could you clean oil off a slid plate? I told him from the beginning I wanted a replacement. When i asked to speak with a manager he would not give me a number saying he could not give out numbers. He also giggled in my face when i kept asking for a manager’s number. This guy is a joke. He obviously took ownership that they were at fault but didn't want to make things right from their negligence.
